1. About PujaYantra

PujaYantra is a digital technology platform that provides AI-guided Hindu Puja experiences, devotional content, Puja instructions, Mantras, Aartis, Muhurat/Panchang-related information and related digital services.

The official website is accessible at https://pujayantra.com.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing services through PujaYantra, users agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services.

2. AI Pandit

"AI Pandit" is a technology-powered digital Puja guidance experience.

AI Pandit may use synthetic or AI-generated voices, software-generated instructions, animations, devotional audio, visual cues, and other automated technologies to help devotees follow traditional Vedic rituals step by step.

Important Religious Clarification: AI Pandit is NOT a live human Pandit, priest, or Acharya personally conducting the Puja unless a particular premium service explicitly and unambiguously states otherwise in writing.

Users who require personalised religious guidance, ancestral karma rites (such as Shraddha, Pind Daan, or Samskaras), or specific family rituals may consult their traditional family priest (Kul-Purohit) or another qualified religious practitioner.

3. Nature of Service

PujaYantra provides digital technological assistance intended to help users perform, learn, or participate in Hindu religious rituals in an orderly and reverent manner.

Religious practices, Mantras, procedures, and traditions may vary significantly according to family customs (Kulachar), regional conventions (Deshachar), Sampradaya, and canonical interpretation across India. PujaYantra does not claim that its presentation is the only correct method or an exclusively authoritative method of performing any Puja.

4. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding transactions under applicable Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Where a minor uses PujaYantra to learn about or participate in devotional practices, appropriate parent or legal guardian supervision and involvement is strongly recommended. Transactions and digital purchases must only be performed by adults of legal contractual age.

5. User Information

Users are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and truthful information when required for a service, such as devotee name (for ritual Sankalp), Puja selection, preferred date, location (State, City, PIN code), and contact coordinates.

PujaYantra is not responsible for ritual scheduling issues, inaccurate Panchang calculations, or delivery failures materially caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information supplied by the user, subject to applicable Indian law.

6. Payments

Paid services on PujaYantra may be processed securely using authorised third-party payment gateways (such as UPI, Net Banking, and Debit/Credit Cards).

Security Warning — Never Share Sensitive Financial Data:
PujaYantra will never ask you for, and you must NEVER share:
  • Your UPI PIN
  • Your Debit/Credit Card CVV / CVC
  • Your Internet Banking password
  • Your One-Time Password (OTP)
with PujaYantra support, staff, or representatives via email, phone, or messaging platforms.

Prices applicable to a transaction are displayed clearly to the user before final payment confirmation, subject to applicable government taxes, payment charges, and the timely correction of obvious typographical or technical errors.

7. Digital Delivery

PujaYantra primarily provides digital services and interactive web-based experiences. No physical items, physical idols, or prasad shipments are dispatched unless explicitly specified in a distinct physical package offering.

Purchased digital Puja experiences may become available immediately after successful payment or at the scheduled auspicious Muhurat selected during booking.

Access to digital services is dependent upon factors including:

  • Stable user Internet connectivity;
  • Device and browser compatibility (including audio output support);
  • Successful third-party payment gateway processing; and
  • Third-party cloud infrastructure availability.

8. Muhurat & Panchang

PujaYantra may provide Muhurat, Panchang, Tithi, Nakshatra, and related calendar information for the user's convenience.

Astronomical calculations and Panchang conclusions can vary according to:

  • Geographical coordinates and local sunrise timings;
  • Regional tradition and astronomical calculation school (e.g., Drik Siddhanta vs. Surya Siddhanta);
  • Methodological interpretations; and
  • The underlying astronomical data source.

For important life events or personalised sacramental ceremonies, users may independently verify and confirm the selected Muhurat with their family priest or trusted astrologer. PujaYantra does not guarantee a particular spiritual or real-world result from performing a ritual at any specific Muhurat.

9. No Guaranteed Religious Outcome

PujaYantra is a devotional technology tool. Clearly and explicitly:

Using PujaYantra or performing a Puja does NOT guarantee any:
  • Financial result, wealth creation, or business profit;
  • Health cure, medical recovery, or physical healing;
  • Employment opportunity, job promotion, or exam success;
  • Business success, contract award, or investment return;
  • Marriage, matrimonial match, or interpersonal relationship resolution;
  • Pregnancy, childbirth, or fertility outcome;
  • Removal of personal, karmic, or family difficulties;
  • Fulfilment of specific personal desires or worldly wishes; or
  • Supernatural, occult, or miraculous spiritual outcomes.

Religious belief, devotional practice, and faith are inherently personal matters of conscience. Rituals are observed out of devotion, reverence, and spiritual tradition.

10. Intellectual Property

PujaYantra may own or lawfully licence intellectual property associated with its original:

  • Software, source code, and application architecture;
  • Website design, layouts, color schemes, and visual styles;
  • Branding, trade names, and trademarks;
  • Graphical illustrations, 3D/canvas animations, and UI icons;
  • AI Pandit interactive presentations and pedagogical structures;
  • Original audio recordings, chorus vocal arrangements, and soundscapes; and

The respective terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers apply to their features where applicable.

13. Service Changes

PujaYantra reserves the right to reasonably update, improve, modify, reorganize, or discontinue features, rituals, pricing, or audio content at any time to enhance service quality, ritual accuracy, or technical reliability.

14. Availability & Limitation of Liability

PujaYantra will make reasonable and conscientious efforts to provide reliable digital services. However, digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PujaYantra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, internet delays, or religious interpretations.

Nothing in these Terms shall attempt to exclude or limit any non-excludable statutory consumer rights guaranteed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory laws of India.
